The Exhibition neighbourhood is on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River. Most developments happened between the two major World Wars.
The area is considered middle income and offers some of the most affordable housing available in Saskatoon's East Side.
Diefenbaker park area is a significant attraction in Saskatoon, including tobogganing and ski/snowboarding, and public park space for picnics, public events, and performances.
The Exhibition neighbourhood area is also home to Prairieland Park, The Western Development Museum and a short drive from downtown Saskatoon and golf courses.
The area has ~7 acres of green space across four public parks. Amenities include baseball, basketball, volleyball, numerous playgrounds, tobogganing, walking, cross country skiing, outdoor skating rinks, and a spray pool.
